All hail Pharell.
Ladies and gentlemen, if you haven't listened to Pharell Williams new album (entitled GIRL), you are doing something seriously wrong with your life. I mean a) he is brilliant, b) he knows how to make you ass dance (that thing you do in the car because you can't actually dance), c) his voice is dreamy, and although I could give you more reasons to love him I would be wasting the time you should be using to listen to Lost Queen (my favorite track on the album).
Also, I don't know if you know much about Pharell, but he is a genius... seriously. The man has a company called 'i am OTHER', the manifesto of which pulls at my heart strings and resonates with my soul.
"OTHERS believe individuality is the new wealth. Experiences are the new assets to acquire. Whoever is the most individual wins."
He has insane fashion sense (sans the Smokey Bear hat... we can forgive that), writes music for killer kids movies (ok Despicable Me 2 makes me laugh every time... don't hate), and cares about the world we live in and the people who inhabit it's surface. He is one of those celebs you actually want to be bffs with.
Go on, down load GIRL, get in your car and ass dance your way through the rest of your day (it will be the best thing you do all week).
